Dough transfer pumps are used to transfer dough from the bowl of the mixer to the hopper of the jigging machine. The pumps are automatically raised and lowered by means of a pneumatic cylinder. It is possible to transfer masses of various viscosities and with inclusions up to 3 cm. The equipment is made entirely of food grade stainless steel.
