Types of furnaces:
- Rotary - they are made in the form of a cabinet in which a trolley with baking trays arranged in several tiers is placed. Heating is provided by electric heaters or gas/diesel burners. For the operation of electric models, it is enough to connect to the 380 V power grid.
- Hearths - the heating elements of the products are a plate (under) made of refractory material: natural stone, ceramics, metal. It is heated using a heating element or a gas burner and distributes heat evenly over its area.
- Convection oven is an oven with baking trays placed in 5-10 tiers. Heating is provided by electric heaters or gas burners.
- For pizza - compact equipment with heating from the 220/380 V mains. The working chamber is equipped with an upper and lower group of heating elements with independent adjustment of each of them, with the possibility of creating a temperature in the working chamber of about 400 degrees. This allows you to select the optimal pizza cooking mode, which is accurately set using the control panel.
